Granite Recovery Centers Locations

Granite Recovery Centers offers accessible, high-quality addiction and mental health care across New Hampshire, as well as a trusted facility in Portland, Maine. With flexible options for detox, inpatient, and outpatient care, our locations are built to meet you where you are.

Addiction Treatment Centers That Make a Difference

At Granite, we believe recovery is personal, with each treatment plan built around your goals, needs, and experiences. Our primary residential treatment programs in Effingham and Canterbury, New Hampshire, have earned the seal of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F.). These dedicated centers use a blend of evidence-based therapies and 12-Step programming.

We accept most major insurance plans and work closely with clients to determine the level of care that’s right for them. Many of our graduates stay connected through our alumni program, a strong and growing community of people supporting each other long after treatment ends. With multiple treatment types and program lengths across our locations, we help you find the setting and approach that suits your needs.
